Porus AI Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 24 October 2026. Version 2026-10-24-v2.

Use Porus AI only for material and purposes you are entitled to authorize. This policy applies to uploads, speaker references, dubbing requests, and outputs.

Prohibited uses

Do not submit children's voices or request third-party voice cloning in this alpha. Consent from an uploader does not establish permission from every speaker. Use generic synthetic voices where speaker-specific permissions have not been separately established. Generic voices do not remove the need for content and translation rights or privacy permissions.

Review and disclosure

Review translated text and dubbed speech before release. Disclose AI-generated or materially AI-altered speech clearly when publishing, including platform disclosures where required. Do not pass a synthesized rendition off as an unaltered original recording. Retain supplied labels and provenance information.

Reporting and enforcement

Send concerns to legal@porus.ai with a job reference or URL, the issue, your contact information, and supporting evidence of authority where relevant. Do not send sensitive identity documents until we request them through an appropriate route.

Porus AI may pause a job, request evidence, restrict access, remove material, or suspend an account where justified by misuse, safety, or legal obligations. Repeated substantiated infringement may lead to an account ban and a review of associated stored voice material. Preservation and deletion must respect applicable legal duties. We will review a good-faith challenge to an enforcement decision.

Use legal@porus.ai to submit or challenge a notice. Applicable statutory processes and deadlines remain unaffected. Automated celebrity detection, watermarking, speaker verification, and automated content moderation are not currently deployed.
